Shipping policy

All orders ship from within the United States. Depending on the item, your order will be dispatched either from our own facility in Tampa, Florida via UPS or USPS, or directly from a third-party fulfilment warehouse through the Amazon AWD program.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over $25.
• Orders under $25 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, transit times and any delays are outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at zach@yeastbakers.com with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace the affected items at no charge to you.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products. Please contact us first to request a return — returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed. Once approved, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
